Account & Authentication Information

When you register or authenticate within the App, we collect:

  • Email Address & Password — for user account registration, login authentication, and secure session management.
  • User Profile Details — optional owner name or contact details associated with your business profiles.

To enable billing, PDF invoice generation, and customer record management, the App stores:

  • Company Profiles — Company name, GSTIN, business address, contact numbers, email, and invoice template preferences.
  • Customer Directory — Customer company name, contact person, mobile number, email address, GSTIN, and billing/shipping addresses.
  • Product Master & Line Items — Product descriptions, unit prices, HSN codes, and applicable GST tax rates.
  • Invoice Records — Generated invoice numbers, dates, due dates, line item details, place of supply, tax breakdown (CGST, SGST, IGST), and payment status (Paid, Pending, Overdue).

Device & Diagnostic Information

We automatically log non-identifiable technical diagnostic data to ensure app stability:

  • Device Hardware Specs — Operating system version, device model, and screen dimensions for proper PDF & UI rendering.
