You can request the deletion of your Velure account and associated data by following these steps:
Send an email to privacy@cloudcraftmenx.com from the email address associated with your Velure account.
In your email, please include the following:
We will verify your identity by confirming the email matches a registered account. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request. This action is irreversible.
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
Email address, display name, and profile data
All messages you have sent and received
Device tokens used for push notifications
JWT tokens, OTP records, and session data
In certain cases, we may retain limited data for the following purposes, even after account deletion:
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any data, messages, or account information.
